(Greg Nash\/Pool via AP)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h5>OAN Newsroom<br \/>UPDATED 8:44 AM PT \u2013 Wednesday, March 3, 2021<\/h5>\n<p>A conservative group has urged three senators who could be the decisive votes on Joe Biden\u2019s pick to lead the Health and Human Services (HHS) Department to reject the nominee.<\/p>\n<p>On Wednesday, <a href=\"https:\/\/heritageaction.com\/\">Heritage Action<\/a> announced it\u2019s running a $500,000 ad campaign in West Virginia and Arizona in an effort to target Sen. Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.), Sen. Kyrsten Sinema (D-Ariz.) and Sen. Mark Kelly (D-Ariz.).<\/p>\n<p>The ad slams HHS secretary nominee Xavier Becerra over his positions on issues like guns, coal and immigration.
