Talks were set to resume Wednesday as the left attempts to distort election law forever.<\/p>\n<p>House representatives recently began debating the 791 page Democrat legislation, which critics have said could lead to even more contested elections.<\/p>\n<p>Dubbed the <a href=\"https:\/\/rules.house.gov\/bill\/117\/hr-1\">For the People Act 2021<\/a>, H.R.1 would virtually reform every angle of election policy with automatic voter registration mandated early and absentee ballots as well as voting rights for convicted felons.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">&#8220;It has never been more critical to provide election officials and the public peace of mind that every vote matters and is counted.&#8221;\u2014Chair <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/RepMaloney?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@RepMaloney<\/a> on why she supports H.R. 1, &#8220;For the People Act&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>WATCH and SHARE: <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/ADTJDeadSr\">https:\/\/t.co\/ADTJDeadSr<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Oversight Committee (@OversightDems) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/OversightDems\/status\/1366835693998268416?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">March 2, 2021<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>President Trump denounced the bill as a \u201cmonster that must be stopped\u201d while speaking at CPAC 2021.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDo you know what HR1 is? It\u2019s a disaster. Their bill would drastically restrict political speech, empower the federal government to shut down dissent and turn the federal election commission into a partisan political weapon,\u201d he stated. \u201cIn addition, it virtually eliminates voter ID requirements nationwide, effectively ends all registration deadlines.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The bill would also subsidize small political contributions given to lawmakers by matching donations with six times the donated amount in taxpayer dollars.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCan you believe this?\u201d President Trump asked. \u201cRequires states to give ballots to felons, automatically registers every welfare recipient to vote and puts unaccountable un-elected bureaucrats in charge of drawing congressional districts, that\u2019s going to be a lot of fun.\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">The longer it takes to make H.R. 1 become law, the longer voters can be disenfranchised like this.
