Herman had sought to terminate a non-disclosure arrangement.<\/p>\n<p>Last week, the news of Woods&#8217; split with Herman became public after Herman filed court documents in order to nullify her NDA that she signed when they began dating in 2017. Herman cited this <a href=\"https:\/\/www.congress.gov\/bill\/117th-congress\/senate-bill\/4524\/text\/rs\">Let&#8217;s speak out<\/a>Which? &#8220;prohibits the judicial enforceability of a nondisclosure clause or non disparagement clause agreed to before a dispute arises involving sexual assault or sexual harassment in violation of federal, tribal, or state law.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>After Woods, Herman filed the suit. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/emilywashburn\/2023\/03\/10\/tiger-woods-ex-girlfriend-erica-hermans-lawsuits-against-him-and-his-trust-explained\/?sh=4b3908186ef8\">According to some,<\/a> She kicked her out from the Florida home they shared in Hobe Sound. Woods is asking Herman for $30 million because Herman claims they had an affair. &#8220;oral tenancy agreement&#8221; This allowed her to continue to live on the property.<\/p>\n<p>Woods filed court papers calling Herman Monday &#8220;a jilted ex-girlfriend,&#8221; According to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2023\/03\/13\/tiger-woods-says-erica-herman-is-not-sexual-abuse-victim-just-jilted-ex-girlfriend\/\">TMZ<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Woods stated that she cannot have her NDA revoked, as she never claimed in any of the court filings that any form of sexual misconduct took place. Woods&#8217; legal team claims that she checked a box which said &#8220;NO&#8221; In her lawsuit, she asks, &#8220;does this case involve allegations of sexual abuse.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Ms. Herman&#8217;s position is utterly meritless,&#8221; Woods claims in court documents. &#8220;It is a transparent abuse of the judicial process that undermines the purpose of the federal statute and those whom the statute seeks to protect.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>People Magazine <a href=\"https:\/\/people.com\/sports\/tiger-woods-livid-over-ex-erica-hermans-lawsuit-source-says\/\">reported<\/a> According to sources, the pro golfer was informed &#8220;Tiger is livid&#8221; Herman&#8217;s suggestion that their relationship was marred by sexual misconduct.<\/p>\n<p>Herman claims Woods told her to leave the house and tricked her. &#8220;pack a suitcase for a short vacation and, when she arrived at the airport, they told her she had been locked out of her residence,&#8221; She stated this in her lawsuit.
