Faridian claimed that he used DoNotPay for the creation of demand letters, operating agreements for limited liability companies, and small claims court filings. &#8220;substandard and poorly done&#8221; results. Plaintiffs claim that the service caused customers problems. They cite two instances where DoNotPay&#8217;s functions were not working for their clients.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;One customer, who posted an online review, used DoNotPay&#8217;s legal services to dispute two parking tickets. According to his account, his fines actually increased because DoNotPay failed to respond to the ticket summons. The customer then canceled his account, but DoNotPay continued to charge a subscription fee,&#8221; The complaint is signed by the plaintiffs.<\/p>\n<p>Joshua Browder, CEO of DoNotPay, responded to the complaint in a Twitter thread. He claimed that the claims were not supported by evidence. &#8220;merit&#8221; Faridian has &#8220;dozens of successful consumer rights cases with DoNotPay.&#8221;<\/p>\n<div class=\"Enhancement\">\n<div class=\"Enhancement-item\">\n<div class=\"TweetEmbed\">\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Bad news!
