Pezzola was also sentenced in connection with the Capitol riot. Carlson&#8217;s footage is shown here. <a class=\"Link\" href=\"https:\/\/storage.courtlistener.com\/recap\/gov.uscourts.dcd.241009\/gov.uscourts.dcd.241009.689.0.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The filing<\/a> Read the following: All of it occurred between 2:56 p.m. and 3 p.m. Jan. 6. Chansley had already crossed a police line at 2:19 p.m. and entered the Capitol.<\/p>\n<p><b><a class=\"Link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/campaigns\/pence-trump-gridiron-dinner-2023-speech-j6\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">PENCE SAYS HISTORY WILL HOLD TRUMP ACCOUNTABLE JAN. 6 IN GRIDIRONSPEECH<\/a><\/b><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;With the exception of one CCTV camera (where said footage totaled approximately 10 seconds and implicated an evacuation route), all of the footage played on television was disclosed to defendant Pezzola (and defendant Chansley) by September 24, 2021,&#8221; The filing read. &#8220;The final 10 seconds of footage was produced in global discovery to all defense counsel on January 23, 2023.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Chansley&#8217;s video footage was released to his attorney before his sentencing. According to this report, it is possible that his plea deal, which occurred prior to Sept. 24, 20,21, could have been revoked. <i>Politico<\/i>.<\/p>\n<div class=\"Enhancement\">\n<div class=\"Enhancement-item\">\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">MORE: Chansley&#8217;s attorney received all but 10 seconds from this footage by September 24, which predates Chansley&#8217;s plead agreement but predates his sentencing.
