He was also sentenced to time for his participation in the Capitol Riot. Chansley had already crossed a police line at 2:19 p.m. and entered the Capitol. <\/p>\n<p><b><a class=\"Link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/campaigns\/pence-trump-gridiron-dinner-2023-speech-j6\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">PENCE SAYS HISTORY WILL HOLD TRUMP ACCOUNTABLE for JAN. 6 IN GRIDIRONSPEECH<\/a><\/b> <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;With the exception of one CCTV camera (where said footage totaled approximately 10 seconds and implicated an evacuation route), all of the footage played on television was disclosed to defendant Pezzola (and defendant Chansley) by September 24, 2021,&#8221; The filing was as follows: &#8220;The final 10 seconds of footage was produced in global discovery to all defense counsel on January 23, 2023.&#8221; <\/p>\n<p>According to the court, Chansley&#8217;s attorney was notified of Chansley&#8217;s footage before his sentencing.
