Each payment corresponds to the 10-day block in which a person was conceived. The highest payout <a class=\"Link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/policy\/economy\/march-social-security-payment-sent-millions-one-day\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Payment<\/a> Retirees who have reached 70 years old receive up to $4555 per month. Recipients who have retired at 67 at the maximum will be paid $3,627.
