Both of these margins would allow for the repeal of the veto in both chambers.<\/p>\n<p>Noem said that cryptocurrencies are decentralized and that they can be used to create new currencies. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/what-exactly-is-bitcoin-heres-how-the-worlds-largest-cryptocurrency-actually-works\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">digital assets<\/a> It can be transferred between virtual wallets and would not be considered money under the legislation.
