Danny DiPietro said. <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;When someone&#8217;s in a trial, and any of the proceedings that goes along with it, including jury selection, Oregon law requires us to remove those restraints, and we did that, obviously.&#8221; <\/p>\n<p>Villalobos began to flee after the restraints were lifted. <\/p>\n<p>The suspect in the murder ran and got up to run for the backdoor. He made his passage through the first-floor halls, before heading out via a staff-only entry. <\/p>\n<p>Villalobos was searched for by authorities for over two hours.
