They targeted a number of Democratic-led propositions as being &#8220;wasteful&#8221; It is also a bit partisan. You must attack the bureaucracy,&#8221; said Rep. Andy Biggs (R-AZ). &#8220;This plan put forth by the Freedom Caucus today is a blueprint, a baseline. Scott Applewhite\/AP                <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/figure><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p>The demands of the Caucus members include ending student loan bailouts, cancelling unspent COVID-19 money, and repealing additional funding that was meant to go towards the Internal Revenue Service, which was included in President Joe Biden\u2019s Inflation Reduction Act. <\/p>\n<p>Legislators also want to limit discretionary funding in the next decade. They propose a maximum top line number at the current fiscal years level, while still allowing for 1% growth.
