Musk will have a private compound and a school.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>&#8220;[We have] plans to convert a home on the property into a Montessori school for as many as 15 students,&#8221; Musk said this to the Journal.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The Snailbrook community has already been reported to already be under construction, and already has\u00a0signs posted\u00a0that read:\u00a0&#8220;Welcome To Snailbrook, Texas, est. 2021.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>According to the Journal Musk will offer homes with two or three bedrooms in the community beginning at $800 per month.
