Notably, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.irs.gov\/charities-non-profits\/charitable-organizations\/frequently-asked-questions-about-the-ban-on-political-campaign-intervention-by-501c3-organizations-get-out-the-vote-activities\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">federal law<\/a> Excludes the registration of partisan voters through non-profit organizations &#8220;voter education or registration activities conducted in a biased manner that favors [sic] (or opposes [sic]) one or more candidates is prohibited.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The following is an extract from the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.restorationofamerica.com\/uncategorized\/inside-democrats-best-kept-secret-mass-nonprofit-voter-registration-pt-1\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">report<\/a>These efforts have been led by some notable organizations, including the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.influencewatch.org\/non-profit\/voter-participation-center\/\">Voter Participation Center<\/a>\u00a0(VPC)\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.influencewatch.org\/non-profit\/center-for-voter-information\/\">Center for Voter Information<\/a>\u00a0(CVI), two D.C.-based non-profit organizations, founded by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.influencewatch.org\/person\/page-gardner\/\">Page Gardner<\/a>. Gardner, who &#8220;registered voters for Hillary Clinton&#8217;s 2008 presidential primary campaign,&#8221; Credit is frequently given to &#8220;discovering the \u2018marriage gap&#8217; \u2026 a statistical revelation showing that unmarried women were less likely to be registered or turn out than married women but were more likely to support Democrats,&#8221; According to the report.<\/p>\n<p>Figures <a href=\"https:\/\/www.restorationofamerica.com\/uncategorized\/inside-democrats-best-kept-secret-blanketing-america-in-mailers-pt-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">cited<\/a> in the report estimate VPC and CVI sent out approximately\u00a085.5 million mailers\u00a0in 32 states in the months leading up to the 2022 midterms. VPC sent 52.8 million get-out the vote materials in October to homes across 32 states. This includes battleground states like Georgia and Pennsylvania, according to the report. &#8220;hit hardest.&#8221; <\/p>\n<p>These efforts also made an impact on the 2020 election in which VPC ran a registration-by-mail program <a href=\"https:\/\/www.restorationofamerica.com\/uncategorized\/inside-democrats-best-kept-secret-mass-nonprofit-voter-registration-pt-1\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">purportedly<\/a> Netted <a href=\"https:\/\/www.restorationofamerica.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/voter-participation-center-2020-report.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">additional 272,443 votes<\/a>. They came mostly from states that were crucial to the elections, including Ohio, Florida Florida, Michigan and North Carolina.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;VPC and CVI were created to identify and register likely Democrats, cleverly using statistics to predict how individuals vote and microtargeting techniques to discover where they live. Using demographic data is the sharpest way to register\u00a0<em>certain\u00a0<\/em>voters without explicitly violating the IRS ban on biased registration drives,&#8221; The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.restorationofamerica.com\/uncategorized\/inside-democrats-best-kept-secret-mass-nonprofit-voter-registration-pt-1\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">report<\/a> reads. <\/p>\n<p>Erick Kaardal from Restoration of America was a Thomas More Society election lawyer and he spoke about the difficulties that election integrity organizations face in defending such claims. <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The\u00a0challenge is to have state courts hold that 501(c)(3) funds can&#8217;t be used for voter registration of targeted progressive demographic groups,&#8221; He told Hayden Ludwig, the report author. Hayden Ludwig, the report author, said that this often included &#8220;urban residents or students.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The Internal Revenue Service has stated such funds can&#8217;t be used directly or indirectly for biased voter registration. But there is no authorization for suing in federal courts. So, the only remaining choice is taxpayer standing lawsuits in state courts\u2014which is good enough,&#8221; Kaardal spoke. &#8220;But eventually the U.S. Supreme Court will have to rule whether urban cities and public universities can lawfully use 501(c)(3) funds for the political purpose identified: voter registration campaigns targeted to progressive voters.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>VPC, CVI and other groups are not receiving the funding necessary for this enormous operation. <\/p>\n<p>According to Restoration of America, Democrat super PACs such as Mind the Gap, which was founded by Barbara Fried \u2014 the mother of disgraced former FTX CEO and Democrat mega-donor <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/12\/01\/thank-sam-bankman-fried-for-democrats-2022-ground-game\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Sam Bankman-Fried<\/a> \u2014 are encouraging wealthy leftist donors to give their money to nonprofits focused on voter registration (such as VPC and CVI) instead of &#8220;campaign committees.&#8221; <\/p>\n<p>In the following: <a href=\"https:\/\/capitalresearch.org\/app\/uploads\/Mind-The-Gap-Internal-memo.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">2019 memo<\/a>Mind the Gap claims this strategy, if it focuses on Democrat-leaning &#8220;underrepresented groups,&#8221; Could be &#8220;2 to 5 times more cost-effective at netting additional Democratic votes than the tactics that campaigns will invest in (chiefly, broadcast media and digital buys).&#8221; In other words: Democrat PACs tell donors what to spend their money on &#8220;nonpartisan&#8221; To boost Democrats&#8217; chances of winning the election, 501(c),(3) organizations were created.<\/p>\n<p>Her 2021 bestseller book &#8220;The Book of Love&#8221; includes the following:<a href=\"https:\/\/www.barnesandnoble.com\/w\/rigged-mollie-hemingway\/1139396959\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Rigged: How the Media, Big Tech, and the Democrats Seized Our Elections<\/a>Mollie Hingway, Federalist Editor-in Chief, wrote about how Mark Zuckerberg&#8217;s Meta CEO used non-profits to channel his business. <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2021\/10\/12\/the-2020-election-wasnt-stolen-it-was-bought-by-mark-zuckerberg\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">hundreds of millions of dollars<\/a> In battleground states, into the local elections offices. These initiatives largely boosted Democrat participation in 2020 elections.<\/p>\n<p>Democrats will do anything to win elections, whether it is by skirting federal laws or injecting political money into electoral offices. Republicans must wake up, and rethink their strategy for winning elections.
