The home had been monitored by investigators for many weeks, including a search of the garbage cans.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;A trash pull that was done days before recovered DNA profiles but not from him, only from his family members,&#8221; Mancuso spoke to the outlet.<\/p>\n<p>Follow the news <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/heres-what-police-collected-when-they-arrested-the-accused-idaho-killer\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">an unsealed search warrant<\/a> It listed the items the suspect had taken from his parents home when he was arrested. This included a flashlight, four gloves that are medical-style, a T shirt, sweatshirts, Washington State Cougars sweatshirts, size 13 Nike sneakers, black shorts and socks as well as boxers, underarmour boxes, and shorts. People Magazine reported that police also took a cheek sample from the suspect to test his DNA. <a href=\"https:\/\/people.com\/crime\/newly-unsealed-search-warrant-items-bryan-kohberger-had-arrest\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">reported<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Mancuso indicated that the suspect could have two items from the list.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I would be keen on the shoes, the size of the shoes, comparison to any show impressions that might have been recovered at the scene that sort of thing,&#8221; He told BRC 13.<\/p>\n<p>He said that the cheek swab could also play an important role in court.<\/p>\n<p><b data-stringify-type=\"bold\"><a class=\"c-link c-link--focus-visible\" href=\"https:\/\/onelink.to\/dwapp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-stringify-link=\"https:\/\/onelink.to\/dwapp\" data-sk=\"tooltip_parent\" aria-describedby=\"sk-tooltip-256682\">CLICK HERE TO GET THE DAILY WIRE APP<\/a><\/b><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Something that they could compare to the DNA of I believe the snap button for the sheath of the knife,&#8221; He was referring to a knife that had been found in the residence off campus where Kaylee Goncalves (21), Ethan Chapin (20), Xana Kernodle (20) and Madison Mogen (21) were found stabbed, stabbed, and killed on November 13.<\/p>\n<p>Four counts of first-degree killing and one count each of felony burglary have been filed against the suspect in connection to these murders. He was arrested and held without bail. His next court appearance is scheduled for June 26.<\/p>\n<p>In the state court\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/topic\/washington\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Washington<\/a>\u00a0The search warrants used for the collection of items from the suspect\u2019s residence and his office at Washington State University&#8217;s criminal justice, criminology department were unsealed in January. This was while he was working on his Ph.D.<\/p>\n<p>The filings reveal that police did not find anything at the suspect\u2019s office. However, hair samples and other evidence were taken from the suspect&#8217;s apartment.<\/p>\n<p>Police were searching for DNA and blood as well as shoes that had a specific pattern or color on their soles.<\/p>\n<p>Police seized a &#8220;nitrite-type black glove,&#8221; Three possible hairs and one possible animal hair, as well as a computer tower. &#8220;dark red spot,&#8221; Two slices from an uncased pillow that contains a &#8220;reddish\/brown stain,&#8221; Along with several other items taken from the apartment of the suspect.
