The facts are not yet available. This is to say that it&#8217;s a fabrication.<\/p>\n<p>The Fox critics are still interested in the defamation case. This week, Fox released another set of Dominion disclosures. They contained depositions, private text communications, as well as depositions, between Fox executives and news reporters.<\/p>\n<p>The result: Fox primetime Fox hosts Tucker Carlson, Sean Hannity and Laura Ingraham, were upset with each other on the news side of eagerly calling Biden&#8217;s election. Fox executives also fretted about the negative effects of 2020, which was detrimental for ratings. Fox CEO Rupert Murdoch talked to executives about Donald Trump\u2019s post-election grievances, as well as what it would mean for Fox.<\/p>\n<p>Fox rivals are keen to get as much information as they can on this controversy to try to bring down Fox. That&#8217;s showbiz, baby.<\/p>\n<p>For anyone who is curious about the details of the suit, however, Dominion found the most valuable piece of information in a text message exchange between Maria Bartiromo (Fox Business Network) and Steve Bannon, an ex-Trump White House advisor.<\/p>\n<p>The post-election backand-forth was here <a href=\"https:\/\/www.axios.com\/2023\/03\/08\/fox-news-dominion-lawsuit-murdoch?utm_source=newsletter&#038;utm_medium=email&#038;utm_campaign=newsletter_axiosam&#038;stream=top\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">via Axios<\/a>:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>Separately Maria Bartiromo, Fox News&#8217; host said that in text messages to former Trump advisor Steve Bannon she was &#8220;so depressed,&#8221; See the court papers.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;I can&#8217;t take this,&#8221; Sie said. &#8220;I want to see massive fraud exposed. Will [Trump] be able to turn this around? I told my team we are not allowed to say pres elect at all. Not in scripts or in banners on air. Until this moves through the courts.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Bannon replied saying, &#8220;You are our fighter. Enough with the sad! We need u.&#8221;<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>It demonstrates the exact opposite of Dominion&#8217;s claim \u2014\u00a0that Fox people who perpetuated claims of mass voter fraud knew that the allegations were unfounded. Bartiromo&#8217;s text emphasizes that she <em>Believes<\/em> It was so bad that she felt depressed. Bannon even offered to give her some assurances that Trump would triumph in the election imprudence case.<\/p>\n<p>Flying is not possible if your thoughts are filled with happy thoughts. True belief in fairy tales is not the same as willful dishonesty.<\/p>\n<p>Yes, executives and hosts privately disbelieved or at most doubted the allegations against Dominion headed by Trump&#8217;s legal staff. However, as per the public evidence, those with doubts and disbelief were not the ones who said otherwise on Fox&#8217;s television.<\/p>\n<p>The Dominion suit relates back to days and weeks following the 2020 election, when the legal advisors of a sitting president were publicly claiming that there was illegality and Trump&#8217;s team actively participated in legal proceedings. The Dominion lawsuit is not a case of Fox news anchors calling Dominion corrupt for attempting to sway the election. This all happened as Trump was contesting the election results. The public had the right to be informed about what was occurring.<\/p>\n<p>All of it is known by the anti-Fox media.
