This event is overshadowed somewhat by the imminent debt ceiling.<\/p>\n<p>Biden pledged to not negotiate with Republicans about raising the debt ceiling of $31.4 trillion. The president believes that America&#8217;s credit rating makes it too crucial to avoid default.
