Some others criticized Iran&#8217;s Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei&#8217;s inability of containing the crisis.<\/p>\n<p>The Supreme Leader of Iran condemned Tuesday&#8217;s poisonings and made an appearance in public. &#8220;unforgivable crime.&#8221;\u00a0<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>&#8220;Those behind the poisoning should face \u2018severe punishment,&#8221; said Khamenei. &#8220;[This is a] serious and unforgivable crime and there will be no amnesty for the perpetrators&#8221;.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<blockquote data-service=\"twitter\" data-category=\"marketing\" data-placeholder-image=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/localimages\/twitter-minimal.jpg6408fa30dd2d9.jpg\" class=\"cmplz-placeholder-element twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">It is imperative that the authorities investigate this matter.
