According to a report, Enis Jevric (41), is currently facing three charges in connection with the death An&#8217;Twan Gilmore (27) <a class=\"Link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.justice.gov\/usao-dc\/pr\/mpd-sergeant-charged-federal-civil-rights-violation-and-second-degree-murder\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">federal indictment<\/a> Matthew Graves, U.S. attorney for the District of Columbia, had Jevric&#8217;s charges unsealed Tuesday. Jevric was charged with second degree murder.
