She was later declared dead of blunt force injuries. Although her death was the sole fatality, others sustained injuries. Hyde was accompanied by her husband and son as well two of the crew. <\/p>\n<p>The National Transportation Safety Board will investigate the cause of the turbulence as well as the trim problem that occurred before it.
