The administration may release checks the following month if the first day falls on a weekend or holiday. This ensures that the recipients get their check before the beginning of each month. <a class=\"Link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ssa.gov\/kc\/rp_paybenefits.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">according to the agency<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p>The result is that recipients receive two check in one calendar month, which includes March.
