He was accused of rioting in opposition to the $90 million construction of a police training centre across 85 acres of DeKalb County. The center has been called &#8220;Activists&#8217;.&#8221; &#8220;Cop City.&#8221; Police arrest 35 suspects, including Atlanta Police Chief Darin Shierbaum <a class=\"Link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/watch\/live\/?extid=CL-UNK-UNK-UNK-AN_GK0T-GK1C&#038;mibextid=2Rb1fB&#038;ref=watch_permalink&#038;v=1897084853974838\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">describing the incident<\/a> As a &#8220;very violent attack&#8221; Protesters were seen launching large-scale fireworks at each other and Molotov cocktails.<\/p>\n<p><b><u><a class=\"Link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/policy\/courts\/splc-attorney-among-23-others-facing-domestic-terrorism-charges\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">SPLC ATTORNEY AMONG 23 FACING DOMESTIC TERRORISM CHARGES AFTER &#8216;COP CITY&#8217; PROTEST<\/a><\/u><\/b><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;An employee at the SPLC was arrested while acting \u2014 and identifying \u2014 as a legal observer on behalf of the National Lawyers Guild (NLG).
