In December, Fontes filed a motion to block Finchem&#8217;s entry into the United States. Julian upheld Fontes&#8217; claim that Finchem had claimed that thousands of Republicans had been disenfranchised. <\/p>\n<p><b><a class=\"Link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/policy\/courts\/mark-finchems-election-lawsuit-tossed-out-with-prejudice-arizona-judge\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">MARK FINCHEM&#8217;S ELECTION LAWSUIT GETS TOSSED OUT WITH PREJUDICE BY ARIZONA JUDGE<\/a><\/b> <\/p>\n<p>Finchem sued shortly after his election loss. He claimed that technical problems in Maricopa County prevented at least 200K GOP voters from casting ballots on Election Day.
