He is being charged with domestic terrorist for helping to organize a violent attack on Atlanta police officers Sunday.<\/p>\n<p>Tuesday saw the release by Atlanta Police Department of the names and charges of 23 suspects taken into custody. The most notable of them was Thomas Jurgens. The names of 23 individuals taken into custody and charged by Atlanta Police Department are now available. <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.is\/iIr0f\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">LinkedIn profile<\/a>This account has a photo that matches one of the <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/Atlanta_Police\/status\/1632825182720081920?s=20\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">rioter mugshots<\/a> Jurgens, an Atlanta-based attorney who works for the Southern Poverty Law Center (a radical leftist legal organization that frequently releases its staff attorneys), was released by the department. <a href=\"https:\/\/townhall.com\/columnists\/joshgoldstein\/2017\/07\/26\/splc-hate-group-n2360208\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">smears<\/a> As conservative organisations &#8220;hate groups.&#8221; The SPLC, however, has pointedly stated that Antifa is responsible for murders across the country and was regularly responsible.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/freebeacon.com\/issues\/splc-wont-call-antifa-hate-group\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">refused to label it and related left-wing anarchists &#8220;hate groups.&#8221;<\/a>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Michael Seiden (local reporter) also indicated Jurgens\u2019 ties with the SPLC in his now deleted tweet, writing that he had spoken awith a &#8220;family member who confirmed that his relative, Thomas Jurgens, was arrested and charged w\/domestic terrorism \u2026 and that Thomas is a staff attorney for @splcenter.&#8221;<\/p>\n<div>\n<figure><figcaption>Here&#8217;s a screenshot from Seiden\u2019s tweet, which has since been deleted.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>According to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/us\/atlanta-police-name-23-domestic-terrorism-suspects-cop-city-attack-ag-warns-violent-extremists\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Fox News<\/a>Jurgens, along with his fellow rioters, are &#8220;accused of leaving a nearby music festival Sunday evening and heading to the construction site of the Atlanta Public Safety Training Center \u2018to conduct a coordinated attack on construction equipment and police officers.'&#8221; In dark attire, the terrorists accused hurled rocks, Molotov cocktails and bricks at Atlanta police officers.<\/p>\n<p>Although often cast as an &#8220;a&#8221; &#8220;nonpartisan&#8221; Legacy media has called the SPLC a legal group. It is a voice for leftist radicalism and acts as a mouthpiece over many years. The SPLC was founded in <a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20220815114430\/https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/weekly-standard\/the-medias-double-standard\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">2012<\/a>In the end, the disturbed individual did not attempt to commit a massacre at FRC&#8217;s headquarters. FRC is a Christian organization that supports the true meaning marriage. The individual spoke with FBI and admitted that he had identified FRC. &#8220;anti-gay&#8221; And found the address for the group via a &#8220;hate [group] map&#8221; SPLC website. <\/p>\n<p>Morris Dees (SPLC founder) defended FRC and refused to remove FRC from its site as it was considered a hate group. &#8220;hate map,&#8221; <a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20220815114430\/https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/weekly-standard\/the-medias-double-standard\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">saying<\/a>, &#8220;Well, first of all, having a group on our hate map doesn&#8217;t cause anybody to attack them any more than they attacked us for one thing or another.&#8221; It was funny how the SPLC could not deny that violence was linked to the FRC incident&#8217;s rhetoric, but they were more than willing to blame the former Alaska GOP Governor. Sarah Palin&#8217;s language for shooting former Democrat Rep. Gabrielle Giffords.<\/p>\n<p>Apart from its left-wing activism the SPLC also has alarming links to the FBI. The FBI has been accused of corruption in partisan politics many times over the years. You are not alone. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/politics\/gop-lawmaker-wants-answers-on-fbis-alleged-southern-poverty-law-center-ties\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">2018<\/a>The agency also confirmed that it was in a relationship of working with the SPLC. Although the details of this relationship are not known, &#8220;Tucker Carlson Tonight&#8221; reported &#8220;that the FBI had described the group as \u2018a well-known, established and credible&#8217; organization in 2009, and that the agency has briefed the FBI on alleged domestic terror threats in the U.S.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Recent revelations have revealed that SPLC was used by the FBI as an apolitical tool. <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/02\/09\/fbi-retracts-memo-labeling-traditional-catholics-violent-white-supremacists-pushing-infiltration-of-christian-communities\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">source<\/a> In order to justify Richmond Division of the Agency&#8217;s determination to investigate &#8220;so-called&#8221; crimes &#8220;white supremacy&#8221; Catholics who would prefer Latin Mass. FBI withdrew the memo following the leak of the FBI report.<\/p>\n<p>Although the March 5 Atlanta Riot was violent, this wasn&#8217;t the first time leftists have used violence to oppress the so-called &#8220;liberal&#8221; people. &#8220;Cop City&#8221; site. Six people were charged with domestic terroristic acts in January following a violent disturbance that occurred after the murder of Manuel Esteban Paez Teran, a 26-year old environmental activist. According to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/us\/atlanta-police-name-23-domestic-terrorism-suspects-cop-city-attack-ag-warns-violent-extremists\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">authorities,<\/a> Teran had hit a trooper from the stomach, prompting law enforcement officers to fire back.<\/p>\n<p>SPLC Union blasted law enforcement officers for failing to protect themselves after the shooting. <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/SPLCUnion\/status\/1619007008522518538?s=20\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">statement<\/a> Teran died on the day of his death. &#8220;another extra-judicial killing,&#8221; Teran was said to have been the first one to shoot, despite this. AntifaWatch Twitter account claims that Teran was at the very least the most recent SPLC Union leader. <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/antifawatch2\/status\/1632825872292904963?s=46&#038;t=u7VDoTFbarOttceBkhSt0w\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">radical left-wing politics<\/a>. AntifaWatch noted that Megan Squire (another SPLC employee) was also previously <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/AntifaWatch2\/status\/1632805169166536708\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">led a march organized by two Antifa terror groups<\/a>Redneck Revolt, John Brown Gun Club and John Brown Gun Club.
