They are finding jobs in factories and construction, as well as other dangerous work. Many are under 12 years of age, with the problem growing steadily since 2021. <\/p>\n<p>According to the outlet, while child immigrant children must have a sponsor to be allowed to enter America, the Department of Health and Human Services also has the power to force staffers out of shelters to remove them quickly because of their increasing numbers. <\/p>\n<p>U.S. authorities processed 130,000 unaccompanied kids at the Southern Border border in fiscal 2022.
