(Reuters\/Shannon Stapleton\/Andrew Kelly)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>OAN Shannon Kelland<br \/>1: PM PT \u2013 Monday, March 6, 2023<\/p>\n<p>Michael Moore, a filmmaker and activist has demanded a boycott of Walgreens after the chain decided not to sell abortion pills within 20 states.<\/p>\n<div id=\"div-gpt-ad-1663871513696-art-1\" style=\"min-width: 320px; min-height: 50px;  text-align: center;\">  \t<script>  \t\tgoogletag.cmd.push(function() { googletag.display('div-gpt-ad-1663871513696-art-1'); });  \t<\/script>  <\/div>\n<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.oann.com\/newsroom\/no-abortion-pills-at-walgreens-in-anti-abortion-states\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">The decision was made after Republican State Attorney generals threatened legal again against the pharmacy.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Moore encouraged readers to avoid Walgreens. He characterized Walgreens as a pharmacy chain. &#8220;stands with anti-abortion extremists against the rights of women.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Moore said that silence is a virtue. &#8220;enabling this bigotry and misogyny.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>He published also the postal address of Walgreens Consumer Relations and a number for local Walgreens representatives. Then he encouraged residents to organize pickets at local Walgreens branches.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>&#8220;Boycott. March. Picket. Civilly disobey. Write Postcards. Make Calls. Donate.
