It will go out to anyone born between February 11th and 20, and it will cost $115. For people who were born between March 21st to March 31st, the last payment will come on March 22nd. <\/p>\n<p>These payments are dependent on when the recipients started receiving benefits and their age at retirement. People who are 70 or older receive the maximum payment, which can be up to $4555 per month.
