According to the report, the scandal turned into the most extensive kleptocracy probe ever undertaken by the U.S. Department of Justice. At least $4.5 Billion was stolen from public funds and transferred into offshore accounts. There are billions of other unaccounted for. The two began partying and gambling together, with one awkward occasion when Low gifted Kardashian hundreds of thousands dollars worth of chips. Kardashian left the casino carrying a bag that contained approximately $250,000 cash.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Kardashian put the trash bag full of cash in her carry-on bag and boarded a Southwest Airlines flight back to Los Angeles,&#8221; FBI agents wrote.
