He cited the conflicts with Russia&#8217;s and China&#8217;s governments as possible issues.<\/p>\n<p>Kellogg stated, however that one shouldn&#8217;t count out the American military or place a bet on it. Kellogg noted this despite the fact that he was aware that there might be some military advantages. &#8220;issues,&#8221; This includes the possibility of it being detrimentally progressive.<\/p>\n<p>He stressed that it is the job of the military to defeat and deter enemy forces, but he isn&#8217;t sure that&#8217;s the current focus.<\/p>\n<p>Kellogg was in Russia to speak with the members of committees that cover the topic. According to Kellogg, the United States must protect its borders first before other countries.
