Biden had previously met Zelenskyy at Mariinsky Palace, where he had made an announcement of half-billion more dollars in U.S. support.<\/p>\n<p>Garland&#8217;s visit to Ukraine is causing backlash. People are asking for answers as to why Biden officials travel there. Janet Yellen was also a Treasury Secretary and had visited Ukraine on Monday.
