He was tied up after three or four masked burglars broke into his home and took his possessions. They then drove off in his truck.<\/p>\n<p>The truck was located in Red Deer 11 hours later. Police found a cigarette bomb under the driver&#8217;s seat. DNA testing was performed on it.<\/p>\n<p>Metzger was the only profile tested. The victim said that he might have heard Metzger&#8217;s last names during the robbery.<\/p>\n<p>The Supreme Court remanded Metzger&#8217;s convictions, substituting verdicts of acquittal.
