Andrew Cuomo (D) by stating he \u201cobviously\u201d cannot cover the claims due to a conflict of interest.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cObviously I am aware of what is going on with my brother and obviously I cannot cover it because he is my brother,\u201d stated the reporter. \u201cNow, of course, CNN has to cover it.
