Article I, Section 9 says: &#8220;No Money shall be drawn from the Treasury, but in Consequence of Appropriations made by Law&#8221;\u2014and there is no exemption for &#8220;instances where a president wants to unilaterally spend upwards of a trillion dollars to give some favored voting group a break.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Biden is not, however, an important person to remember. &#8220;forgiving&#8221;\u2014Oder &#8220;canceling&#8221; or &#8220;giving relief,&#8221; or any other euphemisms used to describe this plan\u2014anything. This is existing debt. It&#8217;s money that has been borrowed and used by the borrowers to pay for services. It cannot be cancelled. <\/p>\n<p>Biden issued an edict that voids existing contracts by fiat, and transfers the responsibility for paying those loans to a number of relatively small a href=&#8221;https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/08\/26\/yes-bidens-student-loan-forgiveness-is-also-immoral\/&#8221;>well-heeled<\/a> Americans to other taxpayers\u2014most of whom have either paid off their loans, avoided taking student loans, or never wanted them.<\/p>\n<p>But it&#8217;s worse.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s not constitutional. This is what Democrats, editors, reporters, bureaucrats and the president know. The post-9\/11 HEROES Act gives the president the power to make changes temporarily, and this is the reason for the loan plan&#8217;s shaky justification. &#8220;necessary in connection with a war or other military operation or national emergency.&#8221; It is simply impossible to believe that anyone with functioning cognitive abilities would accept that we are in a true national emergency.<\/p>\n<p>Certain, a president who boasts incessantly about the things he&#8217;s experiencing &#8220;strongest economy in history&#8221; American citizens are assured that they will be taken care of. &#8220;pandemic is over&#8221; It&#8217;s not true. \u00a0Nancy Pelosi doesn&#8217;t believe it either. Nancy Pelosi was the one who declared a bailout before the Biden administration. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=TpX2q3iXmwk\">Acceded<\/a> According to the Department of Education, the executive branch was not granted the statutory power. &#8220;forgive&#8221; loans. <\/p>\n<p>A Biden administration does not go about this. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nationalreview.com\/news\/biden-administration-quietly-revokes-student-debt-forgiveness-for-millions\/\">Slowly, things are changing<\/a> It is a policy to delay explaining to a judge how it can spend more than $1 trillion without Congress&#8217; approval. (Even though Biden is now concentrating on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wsj.com\/articles\/student-loan-forgiveness-supreme-court-standing-794132d1\">Standing<\/a> Rather than its constitutionality. All this is just to keep promising bailouts for as long possible to voters.<\/p>\n<p>The Washington Post is also not included in this list. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/opinions\/2023\/03\/01\/student-loans-supreme-court-biden-debt\/\">You can also submit<\/a> A confusing editorial that Biden, however, has &#8220;overreached&#8221; Student loans: The court &#8220;shouldn&#8217;t stop him&#8221; anyway. Why? Because it is possible to overturn a&#8221;regressive and expensive&#8221; Supreme Court could be made to resemble a policy &#8220;body of nine unelected legislators.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><em>This is the job of the court<\/em>. The Charge of the <em>Carefully<\/em> The unelected Supreme Court exists to decide the constitutionality and hold other branches of government responsible. <\/p>\n<p>Did leftists ever stop to think about the inconsistency between feigning anger and nine? &#8220;unelected&#8221; Biden might be stopped by judges for his student loan edict.
