Al \u2014 a case concerning a dispute between multiple states on escheatment of unclaimed money.\u00a0The court overruled\u00a0objections from Delaware\u00a0and greenlighted the continued authority of a special master in the proceedings consistent with the court opinion.<\/p>\n<p>The eight other justices unanimously endorsed Parts I, II and III of the opinion. She was joined by\u00a0Chief Justice John Roberts and Justices Sonia Sotomayor, Elena Kagan and Brett Kavanaugh\u00a0in her opinion regarding Part IV-B.
