These reported transactions are sent by financial institutions directly to the Treasury Department. This could be a clue into the GOP&#8217;s decades-long claims that Hunter Biden received political favors from his father. <\/p>\n<p><b><a class=\"Link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/justice\/doj-rejects-jordan-requests-biden-classified-docs-special-counsel\">DOJ REJECTS JORDAN INFORMATION REQUESTS ON BIDDEN CLASSIFIED DOCS BY CITTING SPECIAL COUNSEL.<\/a><\/b> <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;During the Committee&#8217;s dialogue with Treasury, you have made several excuses for Treasury&#8217;s delay regarding this production,&#8221; Chairman James Comer (R.KY) stated this in a Monday correspondence. &#8220;Given the amount of time that has passed since our initial request and Treasury&#8217;s inability to provide a projected timeframe when the SARs will be produced, the Committee believes Treasury may be delaying its production to hinder our investigation and operating in bad faith.&#8221; <\/p>\n<p>The Oversight Committee will invite officials from the Treasury Department to testify in March 10th hearing regarding the delay in providing documentation.
