However, it&#8217;s alarming to see him struggle to make it through interviews and forget if he&#8217;s spoken to anyone.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Biden stated that he is a victim of the toxic train accident in East Palestine, Ohio during an interview with ABC. &#8220;talked to everyone that there is to talk to&#8221; But he can&#8217;t recall who he spoke to.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>David Muir (host) asked Biden if it was a plan to visit Ohio. The mayor has also been contacted.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I can&#8217;t recall whether I&#8217;ve \u2014 I don&#8217;t think I&#8217;ve talked to the mayor. I&#8217;ve talked to everyone else there multiple times. I&#8217;ve talked to both the senators, both governors, I&#8217;ve talked to everyone there is to talk to, and we&#8217;ve made it clear that everything is available,&#8221; Biden responded.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>This is the same day that the president made a blunder while answering reporters&#8217; questions about it.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Biden stated to reporters that he did not plan to visit Ohio&#8217;s train derailment site. &#8220;whole video Zoom&#8221; Observations were made about the incident.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Are you planning to travel to East Palestine, Ohio?&#8221; A reporter asked Biden.\u00a0<\/p>\n<div class=\"row mb-3\">\n<div class=\"col\">\n<h4 class=\"pc\">Recommendation<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Biden was unable to answer the question.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;At this point, I&#8217;m not. I did a whole video, I mean, um, what the hell, on\u2026&#8221; The president stated.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Zoom?&#8221; Interjected by a reporter<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Zoom!
