Marjorie Taylor Greene and Paul Gosar were removed from their respective committee assignments during the previous Congress, which was controlled by Democrats.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>After being accused of spreading hate speech, Greene was expelled from the Budget and Education and Labor Committee in 2021. &#8220;racist conspiracy theories&#8221; You can find them on social media. After posting a video showing him hurting Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.), and President Joe Biden a few months later in November, Gosar lost his seat on the Oversight and Reform and Natural Resources committees.<\/p>\n<div class=\"row mb-3\">\n<div class=\"col\">\n<h4 class=\"pc\">Recommendation<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>McCarthy removed Eric Swalwell and Adam Schiff (D.Calif.), from their committees in January.
