All residents within one mile were evacuated by local officials.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/evacuation-ordered-ohio-governor-warns-major-explosion-could-send-shrapnel-a-mile-from-derailed-train\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">started<\/a>\u00a0To prevent a huge explosion, the train had to control the burning of vinyl chloride it was carrying.<\/p>\n<p>Biden made the comments during an interview with ABC News host David Muir, which aired Friday.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;So do you plan to travel there and have you talked with the mayor?&#8221; Muir asked.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I can&#8217;t recall whether, I don&#8217;t think I&#8217;ve talked to the mayor. As you know, the mayor says he saw you in Ukraine,&#8221; Muir said. &#8220;And he says it tells you he doesn&#8217;t care about us. They&#8217;re asking, \u2018Is the president coming to Ohio?'&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Do you have any plan to travel to Ohio?&#8221; Muir asked. &#8220;And have you talked with the mayor yet?&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Let&#8217;s put this in perspective.
