According to police, the student is approximately 6 feet tall and weighs around 270 lbs. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fox35orlando.com\/news\/florida-student-violently-attacks-school-employee-after-nintendo-switch-taken-away-during-class-deputies\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Charged<\/a> With felony aggravated battery with bodily injury\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The actions of this student are absolutely horrendous and completely uncalled for,&#8221; Sheriff Rick Staly of the Flagler County Sheriff&#8217;s Office <a href=\"https:\/\/fb.watch\/iV-8sh3vhn\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><\/a> Make a statement. &#8220;We hope the victim will be able to recover, both mentally and physically, from this incident. Thankfully, students and staff members came to the victim&#8217;s aid before the SRDs could arrive.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Surveillance footage captured the attack on the victim after she was thrown to the ground. Investigators claim that the boy punched and kicked the woman in the head approximately 15 times while she was unconscious. The 17-year-old student was transported to the Sheriff Perry Hall Inmate Detention Facility and later turned over to the Department of Juvenile Justice,&#8221; According to the sheriff&#8217;s Office\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The boy spoke while he was being held. &#8220;f*** you, I don&#8217;t want to go to jail&#8221; He refused to cooperate when an officer asked him if he would help them transport him to detention. He also stated that he had been drinking. &#8220;more important places to be.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>According to police, the suspects had said the following before the attack: &#8220;when he comes back he is going to kill her&#8221; He also said that &#8220;will beat her up every time she takes away his game,&#8221; The game was taken away by the employee who has been working at the school since 2004.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The woman who <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/us\/florida-teachers-aide-violently-attacked-taking-students-nintendo-switch\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">reportedly<\/a> Many ribs were broken in the attack.
