She has now signed a declaration supporting Wood&#8217;s defamation case against Wood.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;When I said, no this did not happen to me and this was not my experience, I recall being told by Ms. Wood that just because I could not remember did not necessarily mean that it did not happen,&#8221; Smithline <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yahoo.com\/now\/marilyn-manson-accuser-ashley-smithline-121113300.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><\/a> In the declaration, filed at Los Angeles Superior Court.<\/p>\n<p>Back in 2021, Smithline told PEOPLE magazine that Manson, real name\u00a0Brian Warner, carved his initials into her thigh. &#8220;I was brainwashed, and it makes me feel disgusting,&#8221; The model stated. She also said that the couple had a blood pact. &#8220;He cut me on my stomach and then drank my blood. Then, he had me drink his,&#8221; Smithline claimed. &#8220;The more I let him hurt me, the more I loved him and the more I was proving myself to him.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Smithline stated that she was able to begin healing by meeting Wood and other accusers in 2020. &#8220;Being with the other girls, these feelings of guilt and shame have lessened,&#8221; She spoke.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I&#8217;m not a victim,&#8221; Smithline spoke to PEOPLE. &#8220;I&#8217;m a f***ing survivor. I want people to know who he is, and it&#8217;s worth it if not one more woman gets hurt again.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Wood representative <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nbcnews.com\/news\/us-news\/former-marilyn-manson-accuser-alleges-evan-rachel-wood-pressured-makin-rcna72090\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Submitted<\/a> NBC News\u00a0&#8220;Evan never pressured or manipulated Ashley,&#8221; Add that &#8220;it was Ashley who first contacted Evan about the abuse she had suffered.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Smithline brought a lawsuit against Manson.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.latimes.com\/entertainment-arts\/music\/story\/2023-01-04\/sexual-assault-lawsuit-against-marilyn-manson-dismissed\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Discontinued<\/a> January was not prejudiced after the former-accuser tried to fire her legal representative and didn&#8217;t find new counsel before a deadline.<\/p>\n<p>The suit was dismissed means that it can be brought back in the future. Smithline made a motion in October to withdraw representation, but didn&#8217;t receive new lawyers by December 5.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We thank and commend Ashley Smithline for dismissing her claims against Brian Warner without seeking or receiving anything in return,&#8221; Manson&#8217;s lawyer, Howard King, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/entertainment\/marilyn-manson-sexual-assault-lawsuit-dismissed-federal-judge\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><\/a>\u00a0Reaction to the news.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Ms. Smithline has refused to be manipulated by others who are trying to pursue their own agendas against Mr. Warner.
