Therefore, the recommendation to continue with the change (no longer mandating certain types of brakes on certain trains) was approved and implemented during Trump&#8217;s years. \u00a0Importantly, the regulations allow the shift to be made. <em>Would not have applied<\/em> To the train that ran aground in Ohio &#8220;there&#8217;s no possible way to blame the rescinding of that rule&#8221; We are sorry for what happened. \u00a0The White House didn&#8217;t stop them from continuing to do so. \u00a0Buttigieg for his part is also involved in a political struggle over all this, as that&#8217;s been his top priority since the beginning. \u00a0He has been <a href=\"https:\/\/townhall.com\/tipsheet\/spencerbrown\/2023\/02\/17\/read-marco-rubios-letter-to-biden-demanding-buttigiegs-resignation-n2619718\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Sparring with Sen.
