Bernie Sanders&#8217; anti-capitalism text, Sen. It is the same publishing company that gave Sanders a $170,000 advance to publish a book he called &#8220;The Greatest Book Ever Written.&#8221; &#8220;a progressive takedown of the uber-capitalist status quo.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Sanders&#8217;s latest <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Its-OK-Angry-About-Capitalism\/dp\/0593238710\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Book<\/a>, <em>It&#8217;s OK To Be Angrily About Capitalism<\/em>It is being <a href=\"https:\/\/www.randomhousebooks.com\/imprint\/crown\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Published<\/a> Crown Publishing Group is an imprint of Penguin Random House. Last year, the publishing giant was criticized for its $2.2 billion merger proposal with Simon &#038; Schuster. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.justice.gov\/opa\/pr\/justice-department-obtains-permanent-injunction-blocking-penguin-random-house-s-proposed\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Blocked<\/a> In October. When Sanders was pressed on the high price and alleged monopolistic practices of Ticketmaster, he was mocked. <em>Face the Nation<\/em>&#8216;s Margaret Brennan, Sanders <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbsnews.com\/news\/bernie-sanders-face-the-nation-full-transcript-02-19-2023\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Answered<\/a> Blaming his publisher, he implied that he was forced into the capitalist system.<\/p>\n<p>Penguin Random House is one &#8220;Big Five&#8221; Publishing companies that work together <a href=\"https:\/\/www.businesswire.com\/news\/home\/20210325005940\/en\/Hagens-Berman-Booksellers-Sue-Amazon-and-Big-Five-Publishers-for-Alleged-Monopoly-Price-Fixing-the-U.S.-Print-Book-Market\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Control<\/a> The market is 80 percent. Penguin Random House holds a 25% market share. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vox.com\/culture\/23316541\/publishing-antitrust-lawsuit-merger-department-justice-penguin-random-house-simon-schuster\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">largest<\/a> The Big Five. This 2013 initiative resulted in the founding of the publishing giant. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2013\/07\/02\/business\/media\/merger-of-penguin-and-random-house-is-completed.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fusion<\/a> Between Penguin and Random House.
