Zelensky thanked President Joe Biden, Congress, American media and the American people first for supporting his country&#8217;s fight against Russia. However, the Ukrainian leader changed his tune and warned America not to lose its support if it wants to be the leader in the world.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;And that percentage of Americans as you mentioned is increasing, I can tell them only one thing,&#8221; Zelensky charged. &#8220;If they don&#8217;t change their opinion, if they don&#8217;t understand us, if they don&#8217;t support Ukraine, they will lose NATO \u2026 and they will lose their leadership position in the world.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Are American children any different than ours?&#8221; He asked. &#8220;Don&#8217;t Americans enjoy the same things as we do? I don&#8217;t think we&#8217;re that different.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Zelensky answers questions about opinion polls showing that Americans give too much to Ukraine. &#8220;If they don&#8217;t change their opinion, if they don&#8217;t support Ukraine, they will lose NATO and they will lose their leadership position in the world.&#8221; <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/bNbB3kAbNx\">pic.twitter.com\/bNbB3kAbNx<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Greg Price (@greg_price11) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/greg_price11\/status\/1629178762943164416?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">February 24, 2023<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Zelensky&#8217;s remarks to the American public are days after Biden made a statement. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/biden-makes-secret-trip-to-ukraine-appears-with-zelensky\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">surprise trip<\/a> Kyiv will meet Zelensky, and they will pledge an additional $500 million to the war-torn region. Biden promised &#8220;unwavering support&#8221; He visited Ukraine and promised to support Zelesnky. &#8220;as long as it takes.&#8221;\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;One year later, Kyiv stands and Ukraine stands, democracy stands,&#8221; Biden <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ft.com\/content\/5067361c-9dcc-43dd-8a0a-aed959cfb943\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><\/a>. &#8220;The Americans stand with you and the world stands with you.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The U.S. has provided nearly $200 billion of assistance to Ukraine since Russia invaded on February 24, 2022. This includes weapons, ammunition and tanks.<\/p>\n<p>Zelensky was present on the day of Biden\u2019s visit <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/zelensky-warns-of-world-war-iii-if-china-allies-with-russia\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Warned<\/a> World War III is certain if China joins Russia. These comments were made two days after U.S intelligence officials disclosed that they believed China was considering sending lethal assistance to Russian President Vladimir Putin&#8217;s troops.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;For us, it is important that China does not support the Russian Federation in this war,&#8221; According to Reuters, the Ukrainian president spoke to Die Welt, a German daily newspaper. &#8220;In fact, I would like it to be on our side.
