This will be necessary for the reconstruction of Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p>Power added that the U.S. does NOT provide resources for Ukraine such as health workers and disability support unless officials receive receipts for expenditures. Officials then act on the basis to reimburse Ukraine for its expenses.<\/p>\n<p>Some House Republicans raised concerns about U.S. support for Ukraine. They asked how money was being spent and sought to audit the money trail.
