After being arrested in 2014 in connection to a child molestation case, Tubbs allegedly changed her identity to female and pleaded guilty at Denny&#8217;s to assaulting a 10-year-old girl.<\/p>\n<p>Gascon wanted to get the adult ex-con. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/us\/hannah-tubbs-juvenile-detention-six-months\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Placed in a juvenile facility<\/a> Because the crime took place before she turned 18 years old.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"pull-quote\">\n<p class=\"quote-text\">&#8220;When you come to court, make sure you address me as her.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p> <span class=\"quote-author\">\u2014 Hannah Tubbs in jailhouse phone call with her father<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Tubbs&#8217; victim, now an adolescent, condemned Gascon last January and stated that the light sentence was unfair. There she is currently being held on $1 million bond. Jail records list her name as James Tubbs, while court records show Hannah Tubbs.
