This is exactly what the Biden administration did just before President&#8217;s Day weekend. You are lucky, dear reader. Your friendly neighborhood spicy political commentator, a nerd, and trolls Friday press release.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">What did Sleepy Joe do with the pre-weekend garbage? A Presidential Order mandating the injection of equity in all areas of the federal government. Trust me, this is one you need to be concerned about.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Biden&#8217;s latest executive order, which created a national DEI bureaucracy, has a unique mandate for woke AI. This EO was built upon one of his first EOs, which mandated federal government planning for equity programs within agencies.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">This EO <a href=\"https:\/\/federalnewsnetwork.com\/management\/2023\/02\/3-requirements-for-agencies-under-bidens-new-executive-order-on-equity\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mandates<\/a> It is important to include equity teams in every federal agency that has to administer equity training and equity leaders across federal employees. This will also work with both the Environmental Justice Officer as well as the White House Gender Policy Council. Think about it for a second.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">There are currently over 20 agencies with Chief Diversity Officers and Environmental Justice Officers. Soon, Equity Team Officers will be added. Other than collecting data and attending interminable, pointless meeting after meeting? According to the EO, they are responsible for ensuring that their Equity Teams meet all of their objectives. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.whitehouse.gov\/briefing-room\/presidential-actions\/2023\/02\/16\/executive-order-on-further-advancing-racial-equity-and-support-for-underserved-communities-through-the-federal-government\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Charge<\/a> From our Chief Executive &#8220;Embedding Equity into Government-wide Processes.&#8221;\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Our federal government is directed to inject equity into its processes in many ways. One of these is to &#8220;review and update internal processes, directives, and government-wide guidance to support equitable decision-making, promote equitable deployment of financial and technical assistance\u2026&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Let&#8217;s take a moment to think about this one. This agency includes the Administrator of Small Business Administration.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">It is possible that some small-business owners may not be approved for federal loans based on their skin color. Others will, however, get their loans approved for the exact same reason. It seems hardly equitable.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">It gets worse. This would require me to start my lifelong goal to become Sarah Connor. This push will still have major repercussions for Americans.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">American First Legal Foundation <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailymail.co.uk\/news\/article-11781007\/Group-accuses-Biden-using-executive-order-target-whites-Asians-IRS-audits.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Claims<\/a> This part of the EO encourages IRS to change its algorithms to audit more black taxpayers than white taxpayers. They point to a specific section of the EO that states these Equity Teams must &#8220;prevent and remedy discrimination, including by protecting the public from algorithmic discrimination.&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">President Biden states, &#8220;Underserved communities often face significant barriers and legacy exclusions in engaging with agencies and providing input on federal policies and programs that affect them.&#8221; Please note the reference to &#8220;legacy exclusions&#8221; as a lover of language; I must say that is perhaps the most poetic way to repackage the concept of \u2018systemic racism.&#8217;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">But, the key part of the President&#8217;s above statement is the idea of underserved areas. The definition of an underserved neighborhood can be complicated and difficult. This is why it&#8217;s so hard to pin down.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Every demographic can be considered underserved at any given moment. That&#8217;s why he employed our hilariously incompetent Secretary for Transportation and his inept Press Secretary.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">This is why he tried to enforce racial or gender discrimination during the pandemic. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/opinion\/biden-instructs-federal-agencies-to-be-more-racist\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Quotas<\/a> Small businesses and farmers can apply for financial aid. It wasn&#8217;t that he cared about minority people, it was because he wanted others to see him as caring.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Equity is about equality in outcomes and not in opportunities. This ill-conceived concept tries to claim that everyone can and should have the same life outcomes, but it&#8217;s a gateway drug to socialism.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Life is unfair, and no amount of \u2018forced fairness&#8217; will make it more equitable. The federal government will not be more accessible through these Equity Teams. They will only make it more difficult to access and more racist.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Last but not least, the most critical line in the EO is &#8220;Starting with formulation of the Fiscal Year 2025 Budget&#8221; The Equity Teams are to communicate &#8220;how the President&#8217;s Budget can support the Equity Action Plans.&#8221; Another example of a tax money pit that was created to enrich a corrupt bureaucracy with the red herrings of equity.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Trump declares, &#8220;On the first day we will revoil Joe Biden&#8217;s executive order establishing Marxist Diversity Equity and Inclusion Zaires in all federal agencies.<\/p>\n<p>Intelligence people?
