However, they failed to respond for more than 90 days. &#8220;no choice but to seek justice from a court of law,&#8221; The press release says. According to the lawsuit, Cole was coerced by the defendants into seeking irreversible chemical or surgical interventions between the ages 13 and 16. &#8220;concealing less invasive treatments and by lying to her about her condition.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>A press conference was held in front of Kaiser Gender Pathways Clinic in Oakland, California, on Thursday afternoon \u2014 the same clinic where Cole received part of her treatment as a minor. Cole and Dhillon gave a passionate speech in which they accused Kaiser of &#8220;victimizing thousands of children&#8221; With &#8220;Mengele-style experiments.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I was fifteen when you cut into my body, ripped out my breasts and stitched me back up like I was your rag doll,&#8221; Cole was charged. &#8220;You are on the wrong side of history and will always be remembered as child butchers.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Once I announced my intention to seek justice, I have not stopped receiving call after call, email after email, of parents and patients that have been harmed by these same practices, some of them even were butchered in the same building I was,&#8221; She continued.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/onelink.to\/dwapp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>CLICK HERE TO GET THE DAILY WIRE APP<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Charles LiMandri (a partner at LiMandri &#038; Jonna LLP) believes Cole was a victim. &#8220;ideological and profit driven medical abuse&#8221; This included the indoctrination to transgender ideology, off-label use puberty-blocking drugs, cross-sex hormones and a double-mastectomy surgery. &#8220;in excruciating pain and suffering, permanent disfigurement, loss of enjoyment of life, and extreme emotional distress.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We are proud to represent this courageous young woman who is trying to help other young people from also being victimized in this horrible manner,&#8221; said LiMandri.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Chloe Cole, a detransitioned 18-year-old woman, announced an official lawsuit against the hospital and affiliated medical group that facilitated her medical transition as a minor after her Notice of Intent to Sue in November 2022 was ignored by the defendants.
