The Biden Institute is managed by Biden&#8217;s sister Valerie Biden Owens. The school refused to reveal if foreign donations were sent to Biden\u2019s institute.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">In the meantime, the University of Pennsylvania <a href=\"https:\/\/freebeacon.com\/democrats\/watchdog-calls-for-transparency-from-university-of-pennsylvanias-biden-center\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Taken in $61 millions<\/a> In the three years following the 2017 launch of the Penn Biden Center, Chinese donors donated $350,000. The school also refused to reveal the amount of foreign donations that were directed at the Biden Center.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">&#8220;We know that foreign governments often use donations to universities in order to buy influence,&#8221; Goodman stated. &#8220;When you have a think tank tied to the president&#8217;s name on a campus, that can be a recipe for disaster.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The FBI investigated the Clinton Foundation over allegations of foreign corruption in 2018. <a href=\"https:\/\/apnews.com\/article\/clinton-foundation-donald-trump-ap-top-news-hillary-clinton-politics-09cb8b14d118469eb3ca0763db142fc5\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The charity received donations<\/a> While Hillary Clinton was secretary of state. Critics accused Clintons of using the foundation to help foreign governments gain influence.
