The trend has been increasing in the past six months. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reveliolabs.com\/news\/social\/cutting-costs-at-the-expense-of-diversity\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Analyse<\/a> Revelio Labs. &#8220;Bearing in mind the typically small size of DEI teams,&#8221; Revelio said, &#8220;these outflows likely amount to the exodus of entire diversity teams.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Since the middle of last-year, more than 300 DEI professionals left companies like Amazon, Intel and Twitter.<\/p>\n<p>Revelio said that DEI-team companies tend to have more racially diverse employees; they should be dismissed &#8220;signals the value that companies place on making diversity and inclusion a priority for the future.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Critics of the DEI movement point out that the advocates of mixing racial and sexual identities with hiring decisions can lead to a decrease in profitability and efficiency. This is because efforts to only hire the best candidates are not prioritized. An average annual salary for diversity specialists is $84,000 in base pay and $11,000 in bonuses. Stock benefits are $19,000 per annum.
