Truncated DNA molecules can be a problem as changes in the protein-coding sequence may lead to unanticipated proteins and other negative consequences for human cells.<\/p>\n<p>In <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theepochtimes.com\/health\/pfizer-knowingly-allowed-dangerous-components-in-its-vaccines-part-1_5060324.html\">Part 1<\/a> This series reviewed evidence that Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine may contain mRNA fragments and truncated MRNA. This is in addition to the potentially dangerous safety events that could result from vaccinations. We also uncovered that Pfizer had submitted\u00a0falsified\u00a0mRNA analytical reports to multiple health authorities.<\/p>\n<p>In this, Part 2, we will discuss the potential\u00a0vaccine-related injuries that might be brought about by\u00a0truncated mRNA of the Pfizer vaccine; we will also discuss the root cause of inaction by the health authorities.<\/p>\n<h2>Summary of the Key Facts<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Pfizer&#8217;s Truncated mRNA, and related quality issues <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theepochtimes.com\/t-mrna-vaccine\">mRNA vaccine<\/a> This could have serious adverse effects on your health.<\/li>\n<li>Truncted DNA is a serious quality problem for COVID-19&#8217;s mRNA vaccines.<\/li>\n<li>Lack of consistency in vaccine batches can lead to adverse events that are not common for those who have been given the vaccine.<\/li>\n<li>Moral failure is the root cause of these vaccine problems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span>Before March 2021, the\u00a0European Medicines Agency (EMA) Committee for Medicinal Products for Human Use (CHMP)\u00a0demanded that Pfizer address the potential detrimental outcome of truncated mRNAs but instead received falsified Western blots, as detailed in the previous article.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Pfizer did NOT provide a <span>True <\/span>Answer to the EMA but the\u00a0<span>EMA<\/span>\u00a0These obligations were outlined in writing &#8220;considered solved.&#8221; Who is it considered?<\/p>\n<h2>Pfizer Vaccine &#8211; Most Truncated mRNA Is Missing a Stop Codon<\/h2>\n<p><span>Five parts make up a full-length mRNA:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>5&#8242; CAP function\u2014primes its translation\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>5&#8242; UTR\u2014does not translate into protein sequence<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Coding region\u2014will be translated into protein sequences<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>3&#8242; UTR\u2014does not translate into protein sequence; a stop codon is at the beginning of this region<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Poly(A) tail\u2014increases the stability of the mRNA\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><span><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The stop codon is located at the beginning of the 3\u2019 UTR. This is the stop signal for the open reading frame (mRNA)<\/p>\n<p>The total length of Pfizer&#8217;s mRNA vaccination is 4,284 nucleotides. As the Poly(A) tail spans from nucleotides 4,175\u20134,284, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC8299225\/#!po=36.5385\">3&#8242; UTR spans from nucleotides 3,880\u20134,174<\/a>, so the stop codon position is at 3,877\u20133,879. <span>Most of the truncated mRNA has less than 3500 nucleotides according to the EMA reports. <\/span>The impure mRN<span>A does not contain any stop codon.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Some may argue that such truncated DNA does not contain a Poly(A tail so it should not be stable and should break down quickly. Pfizer submitted materials to prove that no truncated protein has been created.<\/p>\n<p>This may be true for certain amounts of mRNA that are added to a single in vitro cell system. But, in vitro data cannot translate into human results. If truncated human mRNA were embedded into well-designed lipid nanoparticles, it would complicate matters.<\/p>\n<h2><span>1. Abnormal Fibrous Clots Induced\u00a0Heart Attacks, Strokes, and Deaths<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span>Since there is no stop sign, theoretically, another mRNA within a cell will take control and prolong the lifespan. &#8220;spike protein.&#8221;\u00a0<\/span><span>The same spike mRNA can take over and form long spike-like proteins that have multiple repeats.\u00a0Unknown types of proteins may form if different mRNA is dominant.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>By mid-2021 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theepochtimes.com\/embalmers-have-been-finding-numerous-long-fibrous-clots-that-lack-post-mortem-characteristics_4696015.html\">Worldwide embalmers pulled strange, white or brown fibrous Clots<\/a>\u00a0From dead bodies, which have never been reported before.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span> They can be string-like and measure a few inches to several ft in length.\u00a0They are often rubbery and firm,\u00a0All these features show that they are very different from normal blood clots, which are normally soft, round, flat, and clump-like, with dark red to black color.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Even though we are a &#8220;strange&#8221; bunch, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theepochtimes.com\/health\/why-strange-clots-form-after-mrna-jabs-treatments-to-consider_4914851.html\">summarized research evidence<\/a> to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theepochtimes.com\/health\/why-spike-protein-causes-abnormal-blood-clots-200-symptoms_4842684.html\">understand the mechanisms of those strange clots<\/a>, still there seems to be something missing here to fully understand the driver behind the unusual length of those clots.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>What if the string-like structure of spike protein grows longer when there is no stop signal? That could help explain why embalmers discovered those unusually long fibrous clots during autopsies.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>The &#8220;spike proteins&#8221; present seven amyloidogenic sequences and can form amyloid-like substances. Such structures make it easy to form tighter string-like bonded structures with longitudinal twisting and cross-binding, forming a fibrous-like structure.\u00a0An analogy of this process is making hemp rope: short and slim hemp fibers can be rolled into long, strong ropes with high force resistance.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>With the &#8220;stop codon&#8221; missing from truncated mRNA, the starting material (like the &#8220;hemp fibers&#8221;) could be longer than normal spike protein. After several rounds of twisting and cross-binding, it would be not a surprise to form those unusual lengthy fibrous clots. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"lazy aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.theepochtimes.com\/assets\/themes\/eet\/images\/white.png\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/Screen-Shot-2022-12-09-at-3.12.06-PM.png\" alt=\"Epoch Times Photo\" width=\"579\" height=\"346\"   style=\"display:none\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><noscript><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/Screen-Shot-2022-12-09-at-3.12.06-PM.png\" alt=\"Epoch Times Photo\" width=\"579\" height=\"346\" \/><\/noscript><\/p>\n<p><span>Of course, other situations could explain the formation of those strange spike-related blood clots. However, until today, truncated mRNA without a &#8220;stop mechanism&#8221; in the translation process of spike proteins remains one of the most likely drivers forming such lengthy fibrous clots in people&#8217;s blood vessels.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, spike protein can also trigger the clotting cascade by inducing\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ahajournals.org\/doi\/10.1161\/CIRCRESAHA.121.318902\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">endothelial disruption<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/elifesciences.org\/articles\/68563\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">inflammation of endothelial cells<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/link.springer.com\/article\/10.1007\/s00134-020-06062-x?code=afba2dc4-923d-4edc-86eb-db01ae50ff50\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">life-threatening thrombotic complications<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.frontiersin.org\/articles\/10.3389\/fimmu.2022.1039843\/full#h5\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">hyperactivating platelets via multiple receptors<\/a>\u00a0(ACE2,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/onlinelibrary.wiley.com\/doi\/full\/10.1002\/rth2.12642\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">TMPRSS2<\/a>, or\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.jbc.org\/article\/S0021-9258(22)00135-1\/fulltext\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">fibronectin receptor<\/a>),\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC7472714\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">fibrous networks from neutrophil extracellular traps (NETs)<\/a>, as well as\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/doi.org\/10.1023\/A:1015355112501\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">increasing angiotensin II level<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC5507984\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">activating Toll-like receptor 4<\/a>, and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hindawi.com\/journals\/dm\/2022\/1118195\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">increasing coagulation factor (FXa) production<\/a>,<\/p>\n<h2>2. Neurodegenerative Conditions<\/h2>\n<p>In healthy cells, truncated mRNA and defective proteins can be recognized and eliminated by protein quality control pathways in our body.<\/p>\n<p><span>Depending on the protein and the efficiency of the protein quality control system,<\/span> however, such aberrant proteins can escape our body&#8217;s quality control system, misfold, form insoluble aggregates, impair the ability of healthy cell function, and lead to many diseases, including Alzheimer&#8217;s and Parkinson&#8217;s.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theepochtimes.com\/health\/covid-vaccine-fog-and-what-to-do-about-it_4425776.html\">vaccine fog syndrome<\/a> could be at least partially correlated with the outcome of these truncated mRNA-derived proteins.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Cancers<\/h2>\n<p>This quality issue may provide insights into the observation of a 2022 study conducted at Lund University in Sweden, showing that the\u00a0Pfizer-BioNTech mRNA vaccine could &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mdpi.com\/1467-3045\/44\/3\/73\">reverse transcribe<\/a>&#8221; six hours after entering human liver cells and affecting human genes.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_5061419\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/img.theepochtimes.com\/assets\/uploads\/2023\/02\/16\/3-1-1200x791.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"lazy  wp-image-5061419\" src=\"https:\/\/www.theepochtimes.com\/assets\/themes\/eet\/images\/white.png\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/3-1.jpg\" alt=\"Epoch Times Photo\" width=\"609\" height=\"401\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\"><noscript><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-5061419\" src=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/3-1.jpg\" alt=\"Epoch Times Photo\" width=\"609\" height=\"401\" \/><\/noscript><\/figcaption><\/a> mRNA vaccine may change human DNA. (MDPI)<\/figure>\n<p><span>Currently, most cancers are considered to be caused by gene mutation and damage.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Accordingly, it also helps explain American pathologist <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/TheChiefNerd\/status\/1621129272680398848?s=20\">Dr. Ryan Cole&#8217;s observation of an abnormal, disturbing increase in certain cancer<\/a> cases after receiving the COVID-19 vaccine.<\/p>\n<p>Recently, Cole shared the\u00a0biopsy results of <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/TheChiefNerd\/status\/1621129272680398848\">a patient with multiple myeloma<\/a>, showing that most B-cells have spike protein. The truncated mRNA with unknown functions may be able to insert itself into human genomes and change our genes.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Autoimmune Disorders<\/h2>\n<p>As there is no stop signal, in theory, another mRNA in a cell will take over and continue to prolong the &#8220;spike protein.&#8221; If an mRNA of a self-protein takes over, a mixed type of spike protein with an overlapping region of self-protein will form.<\/p>\n<p>The chance of autoimmunity will increase as our immune system will generate antibodies toward these &#8220;spike&#8221;-like proteins.<\/p>\n<p>With the release of the adverse event reports of Pfizer&#8217;s mRNA COVID-19 vaccine, we see many adverse event reports of autoimmune diseases. In addition to autoimmune liver diseases, there is also autoimmune myocarditis, nephritis, and nervous system damage.<\/p>\n<p>Pfizer vaccine-induced autoimmune injuries, including autoimmune hepatitis, have been summarized <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theepochtimes.com\/health\/explaining-covid-19-vaccine-induced-autoimmunity-hepatitis-and-healing_4460668.html\">in this review<\/a>, including the original case reports listed below.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.journal-of-hepatology.eu\/article\/S0168-8278(22)00234-3\/fulltext\">Case in Germany<\/a>: a 52-year-old man developed acute hepatitis twice after receiving two doses of the Pfizer vaccine.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC8056822\/\">Case in the United States<\/a>: a healthy 35-year-old woman, who received her first dose of the Pfizer vaccine in the third month postpartum, developed autoimmune hepatitis approximately seven days later. She was diagnosed with vaccine-related drug-induced liver injury with features of autoimmune hepatitis.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.journal-of-hepatology.eu\/action\/showPdf?pii=S0168-8278%2821%2901904-8\">Case in Italy<\/a>: A 43-year-old woman, who developed acute cholestatic hepatitis 15 days after Pfizer vaccination, was considered to have vaccine-induced immune-mediated liver injury.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.journal-of-hepatology.eu\/article\/S0168-8278(21)00417-7\/fulltext\">Case in Spain<\/a>: A 41-year-old woman, who developed acute hepatitis after receiving the Moderna vaccine, was diagnosed with a vaccine-induced autoimmune liver injury accompanied by severe cholestasis.<\/p>\n<h2>Truncted mRNA Is a Serious Quality Issue for COVID-19 mRNA Vaccines<\/h2>\n<p>Signatures of shorter RNAs found across different batches of Pfizer mRNA vaccines have demonstrated that substantial degradation occurred during the manufacturing and shipping process, a result discovered after the administration of emergency-authorized Pfizer vaccines.<\/p>\n<p>Like other mRNAs, Pfizer&#8217;s vaccine mRNA is fragile, especially when exposed to water. While modifications have made it more stable, mRNA still breaks into pieces of unpredictable length, which explains the observed quality issue of truncated mRNA.<\/p>\n<p>Drug development processes are required to follow strict guidelines for regulatory bodies to justify their human approval.<\/p>\n<p>The regulation is termed\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ich.org\/page\/ich-guidelines\">ICH guidelines<\/a>\u2014ICH is the abbreviation of the International Council for Harmonisation of Technical Requirements for Pharmaceuticals for Human Use.<\/p>\n<p>ICH issues a complete set of guidelines. The guidelines&#8217; three main categories, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ich.org\/page\/quality-guidelines\">quality<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ich.org\/page\/safety-guidelines\">safety<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ich.org\/page\/efficacy-guidelines\">efficacy<\/a>, are used for authorizing new medicines and monitoring their safety. There is also a fourth category called &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ich.org\/page\/multidisciplinary-guidelines\">multidisciplinary guidelines<\/a>.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>A main feature of good quality pharmaceutical products is that the quantity, purity, stability, and physical and chemical parameters are stable and consistent across different batches and lots.<\/p>\n<p>The vaccine industry&#8217;s current quality control system is well-equipped to catch defects before the fill-finish unit operations. Still, it<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC8492451\/\">\u00a0may miss defects at the fill-finish unit operations and beyond<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>While creating the COVID-19 mRNA vaccine, regulations provided by global regulatory agencies laid out requirements for vaccine producer Pfizer-BioNTech. <span>One of the requirements was to prove that the vaccine allowed cells to produce full-length SARS-CoV-2 spike proteins stably.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>However, these requirements have not been addressed in a professional, factual manner.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>This Issue Contributes to the Disparity of Adverse Events Experienced by Different People<\/h2>\n<p>As it is difficult to quantify and qualify impure mRNA components, this\u00a0<span>truncated mRNA\u00a0<\/span>vaccine will cause high variability from different batches and lots.<\/p>\n<p>In Part 1 of this series, Sasha Latypova presented, <a href=\"https:\/\/rumble.com\/v288sjf-covid-19-countermeasures-evidence-for-an-intent-to-harm-full.html\">at 4:01 of her video<\/a>, her analysis of COVID-19 vaccine shots. She described that &#8220;there are lots with almost no adverse effects reported; in some lots, there are thousands of SAEs, hundreds of deaths.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><span>In her presentation, she also explained\u00a0an investigation of historical flu shots. There are consistent flu shots across multiple manufacturers, across many lots over 30 years, based on the VAERS data.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>She was invited to speak at the Lakaruppropet&#8217;s &#8220;Pandemic Strategies&#8221; conference in Stockholm, Sweden, Jan. 21\u201322, 2023.<\/p>\n<p>She also published her recorded presentation as her opinion, titled &#8220;COVID-19 Countermeasures: Evidence for an intent to harm,&#8221; on her <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/feed\/update\/urn:li:activity:7028539657902559232\/\">LinkedIn page.<\/a>\u00a0The entire episode is available\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rumble.com\/v288sjf-covid-19-countermeasures-evidence-for-an-intent-to-harm-full.html\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>She explained the importance of good manufacturing practices (GMP) in the pharmaceutical industry. He specialized in anti-submarine warfare and conducted operations to locate and track Soviet nuclear submarines in the Norwegian Sea, North Atlantic, and the United States eastern seaboard. He is now a public speaker and investigative journalist with the UK Column newspaper. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Root Cause Behind the Vaccine Issues<\/h2>\n<p>It&#8217;s strange that global health agencies have not taken strict regulatory <span>measures<\/span><span>\u00a0against\u00a0<\/span>Pfizer&#8217;s vaccine quality issue.<\/p>\n<p>This is a modern version of &#8220;The Emperor&#8217;s New Clothes.&#8221; People are self-deceiving or passively deceived by others.<\/p>\n<p>Pfizer seems to be the emperor. It not only submitted its falsified Western blots in its regulatory submission of the COVID-19 vaccine but also <a href=\"https:\/\/jpharmsci.org\/article\/S0022-3549(23)00009-6\/fulltext#%20\">published its flawless\u00a0falsified Western blots<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Global health authorities, including the EMA and FDA, seem to be the courtiers. They fully recognized the lack of sufficient experimental data on truncated mRNA and expressed proteins. They were fully aware that Pfizer&#8217;s response did not permit a definitive conclusion. Nonetheless, they approved Pfizer&#8217;s vaccine.<\/p>\n<p>We are the people on the street, watching all these shows, left speechless.<\/p>\n<p>This is an era of catastrophic moral failure. Once people abandon a moral code, the entire society becomes corrupted.<\/p>\n<p>It is time for people to wake up from the dream of money, profits, and power.<\/p>\n<p>We hope that people will be able to speak up about the truth, spread the truth, return to the tradition of truth and honesty, &#8220;do no harm,&#8221; and do good to others.
