This is because efforts to only hire the best candidates are not prioritized. According to an analysis, diversity specialists still earn $84,000 annually in base pay, $11,000 per annual in bonuses and $19,000 per Year in stock benefits. According to an analysis, 39% of businesses offered diversity programs in 2020, compared with 29% in 2019.
