According to the chain, testing has not shown any problems with the water coming from the plant. The water source is located just outside of East Palestine.<\/p>\n<p>Giant Eagle claimed it would withdraw the products and offer a refund &#8220;while we continue to evaluate ongoing testing and potential impacts to the spring source.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The move by the grocery chain comes as East Palestine residents complain of health issues following the Feb. 3 train accident that brought the toxic chemical vinyl chlorineide. According to the Environmental Protection Agency, testing has shown that East Palestine&#8217;s air and water are safe.<\/p>\n<p>Pete Buttigieg (Transport Secretary) has been under scrutiny for his handling of the disaster. <a href=\"https:\/\/freebeacon.com\/biden-administration\/buttigieg-ohio-train-scandal\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">criticism<\/a> From residents and the mayor for East Palestine.
